by laminar flow and rolled into coils by a coiler. The cooling coils are processed
into steel sheets, flat coils, and slit strip products through different finishing lines

The plating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.
By adding the galvanization (galvanic protection) of zinc to the long-term
durability and heat resistance of aluminum,
the dissolved zinc bath to adhere to the surface with a layer of zinc.
At present, the main method is to make galvanized steel coil be dipped
in a bath with dissolved zinc.
The commonly used specifications of galvanized roll are 0.12mm-3mm
and Zinc coated from Z60,Z80,Z275g/m2.
